NOTICE. rrfCE IS HEREBY given, that all applications for PUBLICANS’ LICENSES, RENEWALS, BOTTLE and WHOLESALE LICENSES, within the Special Licensing District of Kumara, as defined in New Zealand Gazette, No, 32, of the 12th of April, 1877, must be lodged in duplicate at the Resident Magistrate’s Office, Kumara, on or before FRIDAY, the 13th day of JUNE proximo ; and that the said applications will be heard and determined on WEDNESDAY, the 18th day of JUNE next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Kumara. The requisite forms can be obtained from the Clerk of the Court, and, in all cases of fresh applications, must be accompanied with plans of the premises proposed to be licensed. PAUL A. F. The Proprietress of the Hibernian Hotel, Main street, at the solicitation of many .friends, intends disposing of her property on the Glasgow Art Union principle, instead of submitting ,it to public auction; and, with this end in view, Tickets will be issued at 20s each to those desirous of securing an interest in a first-class property. The Hotel, which contains ten wellbuilt Rooms and a handsome Bar, is situated mi freehold ground, and has a large yard and all the necessary outbuild iugs appertaining to a well-ap-pointed House; and the whole premises are securely fenced. The Drawing will take place at an early date, and will be conducted by a committee of the subscribers, ami due notice of the day appointed will be given.
