Mr Perkins for plaintiff, and Mr Button for the School Committee. Judgment was given for £23, with costs £3 14s, including auiount paid into Court of £lO, and professional coats £2 2s.

After a large amount of evidence had been taken, the plaintiffs were nonsuited, with costs of Court £2 2s, and professional co.-ts £3 3s, as they failed to prove by evidence that Tui Street was A public street within the Barouglu
