All nominations and acceptances must be made in writing and sent in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, Albion Hotel, Greymouth, and contain entrance money, sweepstakes, description and age of horse, snd colors to be worn by the jockey 3. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. Three horses mnst start for each race, or the public money will be witheld ; the Races will be run under the Greymouth Jockey Club Rules 4. No. entery will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Siewanis or whoever they may appoint shall in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barred. 5.
