All entries for the Hack Race are to be made subject to the approval of the Stewards. 6. All horses must be ridden in colors 7. In the event 1 of any person entering a protest, the sum of £2 ; 2s must be lodged with the secretary before such protest is considered ; this siim to be fortited should the Stewarts consider the protest frivilons or vexatious 8.
