Auckland news to the sth of iNrar. h gives us some results of /the meeting of the Maori Parliament which a<«emhled on that day at Orakei : It is computed that the delegates present numbered 300' Natives chiefly from Northern tribes. The following resolutions were unanimously passed to-day :—. 1. That this meeting condemns Land Court, surveyH, and Crown grant* 2. That this meeting resolves that all land, not surveyed shall be retained and not offered for sale. ; 3. That private purchases should be permitted as well as sales to governwent. 4. That; no lands should |>e passed through the Court except tluwe that have been surveyed. .5.
