[NEW ZEALAND P-KKSS ASSOCIATION.] LATEST EUROPEAN NEWS. London, February 13. At a meeting of the London committee for the Sydney Exhibition to-day it was stated that the British Admiralty will lend its valuable scientific uppsratus for exhibition. It was further announced that France requires 6000 metres of space. It is stated here that South Australia intends checking immigration. February 11. At a banquet last night, the First Lord of the Admiralty in his speech said that he deplored the disaster which had befallen the British troops in the Zulu country, and announced that reinforcements sufficient to crush the enemy, and finally terminate the struggle, would start within a week. February 12. Fifteen swift steamships are conveying troops to the Cape. February 14. The Premier made a statement similar to that made in the House of Commons, calling upon Englishmen to wipe out the disaster in Zulu land. The Afghan expedition has acheived its object for the protection of the frontiei and preserving the independence of Afghan. The weather is improving, and hopes are entertained that it will mitigate the distress. LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. [special to the globe.] Sydney Febrary 15.
