All nominations arid acceptances must be made in writing and dent in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, Albibri Hotel, Greymouth, and contain entrance money, sweepstakes, description and age of horse, snd colors to be worn by the jockey , 3. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. Thred horses mnst start for* each face, or the public money will be witheld ; the Races will be run under the Greymouth JockeV Club Rules ... ...... 4. No entery will be' received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards or whoever they may appoint shall in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barred. 5. All entries for the Hack Face are' td be made subject to the approval of the. Stewards. 6. All hoTses must be ridden! iff Colord 7. In the event of any persop, entering a protest, the sum of £2 2s must be lodgedwith the secretary before such protest "id considered ; this sum to be forfited should the Stewarts consider the protest friviloUa or vexatious 8.
