The Kumara Times. Published Every Evening. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1879.

We are indebted to that mysterious and extraordinary body, the Press Agency at Wellington, this afternoon for a message of over 200 words, informing us that Sir George Grey has given his opinion in the New Zealander as to what measures the Governor at Cape Town should adopt in the present Zulu campaign. As Sir George has already shown his great military abilities when dealing with a similar matter in the Colony they will no doubt be justly appreciated by the Press Agency ; but why we should be compelled to pay for contributions to the New Zealander, we are at a loss to opine.
