The London correspondent of. the Cardiff Times gives this hit of njjrs- - gossip:—“All the World is talking of a peer of the realm, a bridegroom of only a few weeks, who since his marriage has broken out in the wildest and most eccentric way, and is behaving him Self so strangely that if his conduct Continues, an. asylum must he sought for him.
