No cntery will be received unless upon, the distinct understanding tltt.t the decision of the Stewards or whoever they may appoint shall in all cases be final, and all Uav proceedings barred. 3. All entries For the Hack Race are to be made subject to the approval of the Stewards. (5. All h-crses muSt be ridden in colors 7.
