From the evidence, it appeared that accused followed three yoilng men, from whom he demanded money, at the same time using threats, and talked about bis intention of having money at any risk, and caught one by the throat. The Inspector of Police remarked that the evidence carried the citse beyond soliciting alms, and he would like to make inquiries. Accused was therefore remanded till Friday.
