BOROUGH COUNCIL.

Thd annual nieeting of the Bdrodgh Council was held at the Town Stall at noon yesterday. Present Mr St; J. Seddon, Mayor (in the chairjij and,. H Hairisv wab considered, and it was resolved that a sum not exceeding £S > be expended on the victoria Hotel, under the supervision* of the Borough Surveyor.- • .
