Hence, hideous aspirate—odious “ H,’* Whose. harsh. hiatus harrows every ear, r Whose hateful echoeseveryidiom haunt* -• • Whose half-heard accents, harass all. who hear, Whose awkward halting orator assails,. Oft humour hampers, hinders all., harangues ! v. : . ;; - As happy he who aspirates exhales ’ Ashe who on a hempen Unhappy elf, although his beared head, And all Ms unheaped eloquence applaud, “ If once an ‘‘ B’\hMtrttel:ance impede, Or absent heardi ‘of, heedlessly ignored, Applause is bushed, and hooting half impends, ' • ’ v"‘ : •: Humbled he halts, ' and his -oration* ends!
