The Afghan town of Alumusjed was captured by British troops in consequence of the Kyberees in occupation having been driven out by Afghans. The latest news of the war in Afghanistan is that the Kybers, who were placed inoccupation of Alimusjib,.. which was captured by the .British troops, have been driven out by the Afghans. The Czar, in replying to the remonstrance of the Emperor of Germany in reference to the latest proceedings of the Russian army in Rqumelia, states that those steps were taken with his enth-e approval.
