•SANDER ASTD SONS’ JRJUCALYPTI EXTRACT 1 Under the distinguished patronage of his Majesty the King of Italy, at Rome, according to communication received from the Consul-General for fftaly, at Melbourne, upon instructions ffrom the Minister for Foreign Affairs, •dated 14th March, 1878. . The Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, manufactured solely by Messrs •Sander and Sons, Sandhurst, recommends itself by the following declaration and testimonials:— Epitome of declaration made before Motite Cohn, J.P., on the 17th October, 1877, at .Sandhurst;—“ Three medical had attended the son of Mr itaabe, ot ironbark, for nine weeks, and •declared that amputation of the leg injured by an. axe was absolutely necessary. At this junction Mr Raabe •called on Messrs Sander and Sons, procuring some of their Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, and by the application of the same he bad the satisfaction ot seeing his son within a fortnight out of all danger, and he has now 'filite recovered.” Sanhhursc, 2nd October, 1877. I certify that I have used Mr Sander’s of the Eucalyptus Globulus in nil affections of the throat, inflammation, bronchitis, rheumatic swellings, inflammation of the breast after confinement, toothache, and diarrhoea, and can •strongly recommend it in' all cases as stated above. Brief Extracts from the Bendigo Evening News Mr Gieschin, residing near Sydenham Gardens, had a very severe cold in November, could scarcely breathe, and could get no relief. Cured after three applications of the extract. The same gentleman suffered eight years from rupture, and all. medical skill proved ineffectual in giving relief. Cured after caking extract internally for six mouths. ’ . . Mr D, Obermann, residing near the Sandhurst Gasworks, suffering from wounds fo** six months, was cured by the use of the exti act within four A -man having his arm bruised | severely at a crushing machine, in Long i Gully, applied the extract, and the accident did not even necessitate as much as an interruption in his attendance at ■work, Mrs Weppner, in Colbinabbin (Runnymede) informed 1 the mantifac-' turera that the extract applied twice restored health to her daughter, eleven years of age, who had been' rushed and trampled upon by a cow. i In November Mrs Reeves, from the Rifleman’s Amis,' Back Creek, brought ! information of a cure of delirium caused j by sunstroke, which took place in the family of Mr Ryan, butcher, of Back Creek. The wife of Mr Fickel suffered in the bend of the kfaefe from a swelling which had formed a lump of consider able size, disabling her Irom attending to any work. She removed the swelling completely by a continued application of the extract. The Donald Times, of Ist December, 1877, states Last : week the eldest boy bf Mr Morgan awoke in the night orying with earache. The extract was applied, and the little fellow was cured and asleep in ten minutes. Mr French, of Cobrack station, suf* ferred froni bad earache and pains in the head. Two drops of the extract were put. in‘the'ear and‘some rubbed round' the ear, and the pain instantly disappeared, I Mr Cioker, at Mount Jeffcott, was laid up nearly a fortnight with inflaratua-' tion of the eyes, and was in great agony. ! The was used; and in a few j days the inflammation disappeared.
