SANDER AND SONS’ XHUGALYPTI EXTRACT ! Under the distinguished patronage of his Majesty the King of Italy, at Rome, according to communication received from the Consul-General for Italy, at Melbourne, upon instructions from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, dated 14th March, 1,878. The Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, manufactured solely by Messrs Sander and Sons, Sandhurst, recommends itself by the following declaration and testimonials:— Epitome of declaration made before Moritz Cohn, J.P., on the 17th October, 1877, at Sandhurst • —“ Three medical gentlemen had attended the son of Mr Raabe, of Ironbark, for nine weeks, and declared that amputation of the leg injured by an axe was absolutely necessary. At this junction Mr Raabe called on Messrs Sander and Sons, procuring some of their Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, and by the application of the same he had the satisfaction of seeing his son within a fort-. night out of all danger, and he has now quite recovered.” Sandhurst, 2nd October, 1877. I certify that I have used Mr Sander’s extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus in all affections of the. throat, inflammation, bronchitis, rheumatic swellings, inflammation of the breast after confinement, toothache, and diarrhoea, and can strongly recommend it in all cases as stated above. In November Mrs• Beeves, from the Rifleman’s Arms, Back Creek, brought information of a cure’of delirium caused by siijistroke,- which took place in the family of Mrßyian, butcher, of Back Creek. ~ , . Wife’ 6f Mr Fickel suffered in the’behd of the knee from a swelling which had formed a lump of considerable size; disabling her from attending to any work. She removed the swelling completely by a continued application of the extract. The Donald Times, of Ist December, 1877, states Last week the eldest boy o£ Mr-Morgan awoke in the night crying with .earache. The extract was applied, and the little fellow was cured anlHteleep in ten minutes. Mr French, of Coorack station, sufferred from bad earache and pains in the -bead. * Two, drops of the extract were put in the ear and some rubbed round the ear, and the pain instantly disappeared. 1 MrUroker, <at Mount Jeffcott, was tiqnlrawe-eyeßf and wan in great agony.
