TZUMARA LITERARY INSTITUTE.—The Committee of the Literary Institute notify that in consequence of the Presbyterian Church Concert taking place on the 4th prox., they have resolved to postpone the one in aid of the LIBRARY to THURSDAY, the 17th of October. ANOTHER fine batch of FRUIT TREES having come to hand, DUNCAN M'LEAN, in order to encourage the residents of this young community, is determined to offer the same at greatly REDUCED PRICES. NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given that all outstanding Accounts due to D. CULLEN and CO., Storekeepers, Kumara, must be paid on or before the Ist of November, 1878, as if not settled by that date legal proceedings will be taken for their recovery. The Property and balance of Stock, if not disposed of by private treaty by that date, will be sold by public auction.
