The Stock and Furniture can be taken at valuation, or tendered for separately. This is one of the best sites in Kurnara, and doivig a Large Trade. The House has just been put in thorough repair, and is now in splendid condition. All information can be had from the' Trustees, James Miller* Kurnara; or, Joseph Churches, Hokitika; by whom Tenders will be received up till SATURDAY, July 27th, 1878.
