)URE VOLATILE EXTRACT EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS. The Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, manufactured solely by Messrs Sander and Sons, Sandhurst, recommends itself4>y the following declaration and testimonials:— Epitome of declaration made before Morite Cohn, J.P., on the 17th October, 1877, at (Sandhurst:—" Three medical gentlemen had attended the son of Mr Raabe, of Ironbark, for nine weeks, and declared that amputation of the leg injured by an axe was absolutely necessary. At this junction Mr Raabe called on iNfessrs Sander and Sons, procuring some of their Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus, and by the application of the same be had the satisfaction ot seeing bis son within a fortnight out of all danger, and he has now quite recovered." Sandhurst, 2nd October, 1377. I certify I have used Mr Sander's extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus in all affections of the throaty inflammation, bronchitis, rheumatic swellings, inflammation of the breast after confinement, toothache, and diarrhoea, and can strongly recommend it in all cases as stated above. Brief Extracts from the Bendigo Evening News:— Mr Gieschin, residing near Syden- j ham Gardens, had a very severe cold in. November, could scarcely breathe, and could get no relief. Cured after three applications of the extract. The same gentleman suffered eight years from rnptnre, and all medical akill proved ineffectual in giving relief. Cured after taking extract internally ibr six mouths. MrD. Obermann, residing near the Sandhurst Gasworks, suffering from wounds for six months, was cured by the use of the extract within four •weeks. A man having his arm bruised severely at a crushing machine, in Long ■Gully, applied the extract, and the accident did not even necessitate as much •as an intemiption in his attendance at work. Mrs Weppner, in Colbinabbin <( Runnymede) informed the manufac- j turew that the extract applied twice restored health to her daughter, eleven years of age, who had been rushed and trampled upon by a cow. j& November Mrs Reeves., from the Riflemau's Aims, Back Creek, brought information of a cure of delirium caused by sunstroke, which took place in the family of Mr Ryan, butcher, of Back Oeek. The wife of Mr Fickel suffered in the bend of the knee from a swelling j which had formed a lump of consider- | -able size, disabling her from attending : to any work. She removed the swell- j iiig completely by a continued applica- \ <ion of the extract. j The Donald Times, of Ist December, I 1877, states:- Last week the eldest 4>oy of Mr Morgan awoke in the night •crying with earache. The extract was i applied, and the little fellow was cured j and asleep in ten minutes. j Mr French, of Coorack station, suf-' feirred- from "bad earache, and pains in' *he hffed. Two drops of the extract j •were pint iu the ear and some rubbed i around the ear, and the pain instantly j •disappeared. " j Mr Croker, at Mount Jeffcott, was ! iJaid up nearly a fortnight with inflamnia-! tion of the eyes, and was in great agonv. I The extract was used, and in a few 1 •days the inflammation disappeared. The Evening Times has reported .cures-of neuralgia, by the use of the •extract,. at Geelong.
