Wellington, M.-iy 14. In the Divorce Court, Devery v. Devery, and Burko, petitionee, Arthur Devery prayed for a divorce on the groundof the. adultery of'his wife with the c.-respondent, Jas. Burke and other persons while residing in Canterbury. The petitioner stated that he was married to tin respondent, Bridget Belson, in Greymouth, in 1866, in the Roman Cath >lic Church. The etideuce showed the conduct of his wife was very dissolute and immoral. The Court granted a rule nisi on the usual terms.
