COUNTY OF WESTLAND. NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Westland have AP POINTED the undermentioned persons INSPECTORS of ABATTOIRS and SLAUGHTER-HOUSES, and of Cattle intended for Slaughter, for the corporate district of Westland, in accordance with section 25 of “ The Slaughter-houses Act, 1877,” viz.:— Waimea—Sergeant William Emerson Stafford—Constable P. M'Gill Kumara—C instable J. Hatton Kauieri—Sergeant Adam Bissett Okarito—Sergeant James Slattery Arawata—Sergeant Joseph Barrett. H. RICHARDSON RAE, Clerk to the said County Council. IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND, HOLDEN AT HOKITIKA. In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and in the matter of the Bankruptcy of JOHN BRAUER, of Kumara, in the County of Westland, carrying on business there as a Baker-, in co-partnership with one Cirri Rohloff, a debtor ; ATOTICE is hereby given that an application will be made to the abovenamed Court on behalf of the said John Brauer, on MONDAY, the first day of April now next ensuing, at ten of the clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an Order of Discharge in the matter of the above bankruptcy.
