The house, as is well known, is doing a fair trade, and, when the new road being constructed from Kumara is finished, it is reasonable to expect that business will improve, and that pro, perty in Dillman's Town will considerably enhance in value. There is Five Months' License tp expire, so that the winner need nit spend a shilling, hut enter at once into a lucrative business. Already there are 110 subscribers booked. Sweeps for tickets will take place on Wednesday and Friday nights, and notice will appear in the KiJmaba Times when the Drawing takes place. The following gentlemen hare kindly consented to act as a Committee; Messrs Richmond, Foldie, Palamontein, Everett, and Conington.
