Every prospecting claim shall, after ibeing'marked, be beld by one man remaining on the ground during working ■hours until the application ia dealt with, :and, if granted, the claim must, unless by special permission of the Warden, 'be fully occupied within seven days tfrom the-date of grant. The Warden may, if he think fit, grant a prospecting claim to the actual of new gold workings cofc.jdititly with persons who have assisted them in prospecting either with contributions or otherwise, or with other per:Sons who may be nominated by the actual discoverers, although the said persons may not have been on the to the granting thereof.
