Britannia ! Empress of the wave 1 Unfurl thy flag! let loose the brave ! Forward to the rescue! Save The lowly laid, Who claims their aid! Advance 1 show at eleventh hour, Each would-be, haughty, foreign Power ZThe British lion they ne'er will cower, Though millions may Stand in his way. Cast words aside 1 let deeds begin ! Show to the world that English men .The whip can use on land as main! Make serfs to thee, Low bend the knee! Stands there a man on British soil, Be he of rank or bowed by toil, Who would not grasp death's dealing foil To strike a blow At Britain's foe! If such there be, cast him aside! Let not the hound with men abide! .For shame, in deserts let him hide ! To this cowed slave Deny a gravel O for a Richmond in the field 1 Jk Wallace, or a Bruce, to wie Id .A Brian Boru—half sword and shield!
