OH! BAIRNIES CUDDLE DOON.

The baimies cuddly doon Wi’ muckle faucht an’ dm* ' “ 0 try and sleep, ye Waukrife rogues, Your father’s coinin’ in.” They never heed a word I speak ; Ltry to gie a froon, BuFaye I hap them up, an’ cry “ Oh, baimies cuddle doon. ” "Wee Jamie wi’ the curly heid-r-He aye sleeps 4 next the wa’, Bangs up an’ cries 4< I want a piece”— The rascal starts them a’.
