NOTICE is hereby given, that an ESTIMATE has been made and approved by the Borough Council, of the proposed expenditure of the Council for the remainder of the financial year endiug 31st March, 1878, and that the estimate is open for inspection at the Borough Council office. And NOTICE is further given, that it is the intention of the Council to MAKE A RATE for one year of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on the valuation roll as set forth in the rate book, payable in «ne sum on thee 15th October, 1877.
