F accordance with the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly, intituled “ The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876,” I, James Wylde, Returning Officer for the Borough of Kumaia, do hereby give notice that His Excellency the Governor has appointed MONDAY, the -3rd day of SEPTEMBER, 1877, to be the day for the first ELECTION of TWO AUDITORS. I further give notice, that the Section will take place at the COURT HOUSE, KUMARA, where NOMINATIONS, addressed to the Returning Officer, must be left before noon ot MONDAY, the 27th day of August, 1877.
