WARDEN'S COURT.

Doonin and others v. Manning. This was an application for a dissolution of partnership. The Warden ordered the claim to be sold by auction and the proceeds to be divided equally, among the shareholders. Leahy and others v. Sweet and others. Jothers. This was a similar case. 'Messrs Perkins and Hawkins for the parties. As the dates of alleged damage did not appear on the plaints, Mr jHawkihs applied for an adjournment till next week which was granted.
