The Washington Nation editor says :—" A man dressed in a linen duster and a straw hat came panting ; into our office yesterday and gasped, "Mis-mis-ter ed-ed-tor, sn-now in Ot-ot-ta-wah tel-le-legraphed special to me,' and then shivering, but quickly recovering himself with the duster, continued, 'I have an orignal idea which I've weaved into a poem.. Let me read.— '
