They ronst be addressed to "The Oonnty Chairman," and labelled outside, 'Tender for laying out track from to——," The laying out of each track must be tendered for separately, but each Engineer or Surveyor can tender for as many of the tracks aa he thinks tit. General specifications of the nature of rarvey required may be seen at this omce. The laying out will be subject to the approval of the Consulting Engineer of the Council, and payment will be made for so much of the length laid oat aa he approves of at the rate per mile, stated in accepted tender. Last 09 Tracks. Kumara to Christchurch Road. Kumara to Sea Beach. Kokafahi Road, at White's Bridge. Big Dam to Austrian Terrace, up lefthand Branch. Stafford to Ballarat Hill, via Pretty Woman's.
