DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. rpAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with a certain memorandum of agreement, made the sth day of June, 187*7, in the presence of Archibald Scott, of Hokitika, and Denis Hannan, of£v iraara, commission agents, between DANIEL CULLEN, of Hokitika, and' HUGH CULLEN, of Kumara, trading as Merchants at the latter place, under the name of CULLEN BROTHERS, it was mutually agreed that the said PARTNERSHIP be DISSOLVED, and in terms of such agreement it is Dissolved accordingly. All outstanding accounts owing to the late Kumara firm of CULLEN BROTHERS ’ must henceforth be paid to DANIEL CULLEN, by whom all Outstanding liabilities of the late Partnership shallbe discharged.
