SPECIAL OBDEB MAKING SPECIAL HATH. -»n OTICE is hereby given th»k at a Special Meeting of the Kawbia Const, Council, held on the 25th day of November, 1008, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order malting and levying a Special Rate of Bf-I in the £ on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Majoenui Kawbia Special Road Rating District, to provide interest and other charges on a loan of £2500 tor widening and metaHing portion of the Mahoenui-Kawbia Road, the currency of the said lean to be for a period of 41 years, and the rate of interest being 4 per cent per annum. A Special meeting of the said Council will be held on tbe 23rd day of December, 1908, at 2 p.m. at the Council Office, Kawbia, for the purpose of con firming the said Special Order, a oopy of which may be eeen at the Council Office, Kawbia.
