TVJ OTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting ot the Kawhia County Council, held on the 25th day of November, 1908, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order mak ing and levying a Special Rate of 3f • in the £ on the unixiproved rateable yalae of all rateable property in the Mahoenui Kawhia Special Road Rating District, to provide interest and o'her charges on a loan of £2500 for widening and metalling portion of the Mahoenui-Kswbia Road, the currency of the said loan to be for a period of 41 years, and the rate »f interest being 4 per cent per annum. A Special meeting ot the said Council will be held od tbe 28rd day of December, 1908, at 2 p.m. at the Council Office, Kawhia,*for tbe purpose of con firming the said Special Order, a copy of which may be seen at tbe Council Office, Kawhia.
