TVJ OTICE is hereby given that st a ■IN Special Meeting nt the Kawbia Conuty Council, held on the 25ib day ot November, 1908, a resolution was yeeeed by way of Special Order making and levying a Specie! Rate of B}d in the £ on tbe unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Maboenui Kawbia Special Road Rating District, to provide interest and other charges on a loan of £2500 for widening and metalling portion of the Mahoenui-Kawbia Road, the currency of the said lea n to be for a period of 41 years, and tbe rate of interest being 4 per cent per annum. A Special meeting of the said Council will be held on tbe 28rd day of December, 1908, at 2 p.m. at tbe Council Office, Kawbia, for tbe purpose ot con firming the said Special Order, a copy of which nwy be seen at tbe Council Office, Kawhia.
