THE FARMERS- CO-OPERATIVE AUCJ IO NEBBING CO.’S REPORT. At Rutuhia on Saturday last we held a clearing sale on account of Mr E. Allea. Fresh full-mouth Awes (in wool) with over 100 per cant gnod lambs, 17s 4d. At Hamilton on Wedn**da-r and Ttranday, 18th and 19th in«ts., we hel l our annual spring horse fair, when wj offered 580 unbroken and broken draughts and light * horse*. Competition waa not keen, and although a large number of irau;ht» were required prices showed a farther fall. Hacks and light horses were plentiful but the ideas of value between buyers and sellers in many o-mos w<«re too fir apart to give any pro post of a d-u.l Heavy draughts. 6tn * vaa-eold, £35 to £35; medium drmgh €.’3 to £3O; meiium draughts, 3 yrs old, £lB to £34 , well picei good hacks, £l5 to £2l : useful hacks and stock horses, £4 to £l2 18s ; good reliable buggy horses, £l2 to £l9; light spring.cart horses, LU to 147; ponies an<l other-, L 6 downwards.
