Thu great trouble to launch owners is the heavy lifting at rfver landings. Our County Council has a wish to have landings with enitable derricks for shifting cargo, but when ? This is the question. Ths comty work seems very slow, We read of loans, with extra rating for roads, wharves, sheds, ete., but when will these works be done f Thin County council was born too soon ; it talks a lot and does nothing useful.
