County Notices. KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Kawhia County Council held on the 15th day of February, 1908, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order making and levying a Special Rate of B|d in the £ on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Mahoenui Kawhia Road Special Rating district, to provide interest and other charges on a loan of £2500 for widening and metalling portion of the Mahoenui Kawhia road, the currency of the said loan being 41 years and the rate of interest being 4 per cent per annum. A Special Meeting of the said Council will be held on the 14th day of March, 1908, at 2 p.m. at the Council Office, Kawhia, for the purpose of confirming the said Special Order, a copy of which may be seen at the Council Office.
