NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tbe Kawbia County Coudcil held on tbe 15th day ot February, 1908, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order making and levying a Special Rate of in tbe £ on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Mahoenui-Kawhia Road Special Rating district, to provide interest and other charges on a loan of £2500 for widening and metalling portion of the Mahoenui Kawhia road, the currency of the said loan being 41 years and the rate of interest being 4 per cent per annum. A Special Meeting of the said Council will be held on the 14th day of March, 1908, at 2 p.m. at the Council Office, Kawhia, for the purpose of confirming the said Special Order, a copy of which may be seen at the Council Office.
