His Excellency the Governor.
TO VISIT KiWHIA ON THE 18th INST. f For some time past it has been rumoured that His Excellency Lord Plunkett would visit Kawhia shortly, but still the telegrams received this (Friday) morning by the Town Board and County Council that the date had been fixed for Thursday next, the 18th inst., came as a big surprise. Tbe notice is rather short, but the best must be made of it, therefore it is imperative that everybody should attend tbe meeting on Monday nigh next to discuss matters in connection with the visit.
