It is proposed to strike a rate of 3|d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lards abutting on the said road : iSeotionF, W, Johnson’# Bkck ll; 3, auction 1; 4, section 1 ; Sections, 8, 9, 10 block V ; Sections 13,14, 15,16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block I sections 2,3, la, 11, 7, 12, Block V ; £ section, 3 at’-d 4,'ijlock 6; | sections la, block III; f section 1, Harihari S-G. Run, blocks III K IV, V, IX, and on all native lands adjiHping paid roads. Tbff'proposed security for the repayment of such loan is to be the thirds accruing apd the Special Rate of 3|d in the £, The cost of raising the loan is to be paid out of thirds in hand, any deficiency to be made up out of lean.
