Proposed Loan for Widening and Metalling the Mahoenni - Kawhia Road from Kinohaku to the Junction of the Taumatatotara Road. rpHE KAWHIA COUNTY OOUNOIL propose to Raiwe a Loan of £2500 for the term of 41 years, at 4 per cent, per Annum, for Widening and Metalling the Mahoenui Kawhia Road, from Kinohaku to tbe junction of tbe Taumatotara road. It is proposed to strikes rate of 3|d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lands abutting on the said road:— Sections, W, Johnson’s Block II; 3, : section 1; 4, section 1 ; Sections, 8, ; 9, 10 block V ; Sections 13,14,15,16, I 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block I ; 5 sectioeis 2, 3,-la, 11, 7, 12, Block V ; j sec ion, 3 aud 4, block 6; | nections la, block , HI ; | section I, Haribari S.G. Run, blocks 111, IV, V, IX, and on all native lauds adjoining said roads. Tbe proposed security for the repayment of such loan is to be tbe thirds accruing apd the Special Rate of 3|d in the £.
