Proposed Loan for Widening and Metalling the Mahoenni - Kawbia Road from Kinobaku to the Junction of the Taaoiatatotarn Road. ODHE KAWHIA COUNTY COUNOIL propose to Ruse a Loan of £2500 for the term of 41 years, at 4 per cent, per annum, for Widening and Metalling the Mahoenui Kawbia Road, from Kiuohska to the junction of the Tanuxatotara road. It is proposed to strike a rate of 3}d in tho £ pn the unimproved value of th® foHowing lands abutting on the and road:— Sections, W e Johnson's Blrok II; 3, apctiem 1; 4, section 1 ; Sections, 8, 9, 10 block V } Sections 13,14,15,16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block I ; | sect ions 2,3, la, 11, 7, 12, Block V ; i section, 3 and 4, block 6 ; 1 sections la, block HI; -J eeotioa 1, Harihari S.G. Run, blocks 111, IV, V, IX, and on allnative lands adjoining said roads. The propaced security for the repayment of such loan is to be the thirds accruing and the Special Rate of 3£d in the £. The cost of raising the loan is to be paid out of thirds in hand, nny deficiency to be made up out of loan. Dated this 29th day of November, 1907.
