Proposed Loan for Widening and Metalling the Mahoenui - Kawhia Road from Kinohaku to the Junction of the Taumatatotara Road. rpHE KAWHIA COUNTY COUN- -*• CIL propose to Raise a Loan of £2500 for the term of 41 years, at 4 per cent, per annum, for Widening and Metalling the Mahoenui Kawhia Road, from Kinohaku to the junction of the Taumatotara road. It is proposed to strike a rate of 3}d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lands abutting on the said road ! Sections, W, Johnson’s Block II; 8, section 1; 4, section 1 ; Sections, 8, 9, 10 block V ; Sections 13,14, 15,16, 17, 18, 19 aud 20, Block I ; | sections 2,8, la, 11, 7, 12, Block V ; 5 section, 3 and 4, block 6 ; | sections la, block III; | section 1, Harihari S.G. Run, blocks 111, IV, V, IX, and on all native lands adjoining said roads. The proposed security for the repayment of auch loan is to be the thirds accruing apd the Special Rate of 3|d in the £.
