KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following Special Order making a Special Rate tu meet the in torest and other chargee on a Loan of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds, was duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Council held on the Ith day of July, 1907, viz.,—That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Kawbia County Council hereby resolves as follows—That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (this is a portion of a Loan of £12.000 for two successive years expenditure) authorised to be raised by the Kawhia Council under the above named Act, for the purpose of providing for the Forming and Metalling of the Mahoenui-Kawhia Road, from Kinobaku to the junction with the Taumatotaraßond, the said Loan to be for a period of 41 years, and the interest to be paid is at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of 2|d in the £ upon all rateable property in the Kinobaku Special Rating District (in which the road is situated), comprising sec tions— W.
