PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following Special Order making a Special Rate to meet the interest and other charges on a of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds, was duly passed at a Special Meeting of ibe Council held on the 4th day of July, 1907, viz.,—That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Kawhia County Council hereby res Ives as follows—Thai for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (this is a portion of a Loan of £12.000 for two successive years expenditure) authorised to be raked by the Kawhia Council under the above named Act, (or the purpose of providing for the Forming and Metalling of the Mahoenui Kawhia Road, from Kinohaku to the junction with the Taumatotara Road, the said Lo&n to be for a period of 41 years, aud the interest to be paid is at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of 2|d in the £ upon all rateable property in the Kinohaku Special Rating District (in which the road is situated), comprising feelions—W.
