The above Consolidated By law was made by Special Order passed at a Special Meeting ot the Council held on the 28rd day ot April, 1907, and confirmed at a Special Meeting held on the 17th day ot June, 1907 The Common Seal ot the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants ot the County of Kawbia was affixed to the above-written Special Order and Consolidated By-law in the presence ot W. J. SHAW, Chairman, - J. K, NEWTON, County Clerk.
