PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following Special Order making a Special Rate to meet tbo interest and other charges on a Lo.nof Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds, was duly passed as a Special Meeting of the Council held on the Ith day of July, 1907, viz.,—That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Kawhia County Council hereby res Ives as follows—Thai for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (this is a portion of a Loan of £12.000 for two successive years expenditure) authorised to be raised by the Kawhia Council under the above named Act, for the purpose of providing for the Forming and Metalling of tbe Mahoenui Kawhia Road, from Kinohaku to tbe junction with the Taumatotaraß >ad, the said Loan to be for a period of 41 years, and tbe interest to be paid is at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, the said Kawbia County C»ur< i n=r. by makes »*rd levies a Sptci i!
