Fat steers, hyht weights, fxom £7 5s to £7 14e; fat heifen and sows. £4 14s to £5 Ils ; Forward steers £6 5s to £6 12s 6d ; Strong calves, £1 3e ; stere cows and heifers, £i 12s 6d to £1 17a 6<i. The 40 cows trom Mr Madill wera eagerly competed for, the be t cows, due to calve July and August, realising from £7 5s to £9 ss; others to calve October and November, £4 15s to L 5 105. On behalf of other clients, cows at p.ofit, L 5 10a to L 7 10s; aged call cows, L2 10s to L 3 ss; fs_t and forward ewee 16s 6d to 17s. On Saturday, June 20th, we sold at Te Awanr.itu. Competition was brisk throughout and e. ery head sold. Forward steers L 5 7b 61 to L 6 2s ; fresh cows, L2 15s toL3 lOe; fat cows, L 5 Is; empty IS-montha steers, L2 ; calvesjL! ss; others, 14s to 18a; choice dairy hefers, 6s; dairy cows, L 3 15a to Ls'2s 6d ; wea.ier piga, 13s to L4a; sling 19s.
