Miss Micm livn, of Auckland, was the chief bridesmaid, her dresa being white muslin desoer over apple green silk, and white felt hat. There wet 3 tbre o;ber bridesmaids in attendance, Miss and Miss 8. Tynan (sisters of the bridegroom) and Miss Nesbitt. The first named wore a dress of rose crepe, with bat to match, her sister being dressed in cream figured voile, piC‘ar© hat. Miss Nesbitt was gowned in cream silk with blue trimmings, white felt ha:. All tbe bridesmaids carried Empire sticks. Mr D. Tynan was best min, Messrs M. Turnbull, E. D. Hamilton and V. Jackson being groomsmen. The bride was given away by Mr T. O. Turnbull, tbe Rev. C. E. Davidson being the officiating clerg.-mar. At the conclusion of the cerem >ny tbe Wedding Hymn was sung by tho e pre-ent, and as Mr and Mrs Tynan left the church they received ths usuai'fusillade of rice, etc. The happy couple were the recepients of many handsome and valuable presents (numbering oyer 100) of which we regret being nnab'e to publish a full list this issue. The festivities were further con- 1 tinned in Scott’s Hall in the evening, when about 100 guests attended. Tbe hall was very prettily deco rated. Mrs Chase, Miss M'MHlan, Messrs H, and E. Snelling, M'Carthy and Derecourt provided the music, Mr E. D. Ha*mL ofiiciating as M.G. Tbe guests sat down to a bnaneous sapper, the tables being neatly arranged, a handsome three tier wedding cake adorning I the centre of the table. Mr W. A Mason, J.P., presided, and the follow ing to Asts were honoured :— ** The King/’ proposed by the Chairman ; “The Bride and Bridegroom,” proposed by the Chairman, responded to by Mr Tynan ; ‘‘Tbe Bridesmaids," proposed by Dr Jeukias, responded to by Mr D; Tynau ; “ The Parents of tbe Bride acd Bridegroom;” proposed by Mr Pettit, responded to by Mr D.
