'IUIE KAWHIA COUNTY COUNOIL propose to raise a Loan of £5OO for a term of 41 years at 4 per cent, per aunurn, and it is proposed to STRIKE A RATE of 0 l-20d in the £ on the unimproved value of all lands in the Kawhia County, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on the above loan. The proposed security for the repayment is the revenue derived from wharf dues and the special rate of 0 1 20d in the £. The cost of raising the loan to be paid out of wharfages. J. K. Proposed Loan for Widening and Me a’ling the Mahoenui - Kawhia Road rpHE KAWHIA COUNTY COUNOIL propose to raise a Loan of £5OOO for the term of 41 at 4 per cent per annum for the forming and metalling of the above road. It is proposed to strike a rate of B|d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lands abutting on the said road : Sections 18, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block I; Sections 3,4, 5,6, 7,8, 9 and 10, Block V ; Sections 1,2, 8 and 4, Block X ; 8 and 4, Section 1 ; W. Johnson,s Block II ; and on half of Sections la, Block III; la, 2, 11 and 12, Block V; 8 and 4, Block VI ; 2 and 3, Block IX ; on 2000 acres of S.G.R., Harihari, 8,4, 5, and 9, all Kawhia South, andon a r Natiye Lands adjoining the said road. The proposed security for the repayment is to be the thirds accruing and the Special Rate of 3£d in the £.
